At Mars The Label, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and bodysuits can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.

Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, free of makeup or perfume, and securely packed in the original shipping bag.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
